A: Get off the 405 fwy at Sherman Way. Go east (towards Van Nuys Blvd).
Just past Van Nuys Blvd., turn right on Tyrone Ave.
Turn Left on Enadia Way.
Q: When are you open?
A: We are open from 9am - 5pm Mon- Fri.
Q: Can I use the same power supply for the 1272 and the 312a.?
A: Unfortunately no, they require different voltages.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: We have a 10 day guarantee if not completely satisfied.
Q: Can I demo a unit?
A: If you're in the area, feel free to come by the shop where we'll authorize
your credit card and you can demo the unit/s.
If you're out of state you just pay the shipping.
Q: Can l use this gear abroad?
A: We use International Power dc power supplies which are compliant with global
safety requirements and are easily reconfigured to your exact voltage needs.
Q: Do you accept the section 6378 exemption certificate?
A: Yes.
